The morning of Tuesday the 15th of December 2015, Alexis, the father of Mathys in the Petite Section, came to show the children how he makes burgers and chips in his restaurant in Boulogne.
The children were very excited at the prospect of helping to make and of course eating a juicy burger and home made chips at school! This was a real treat!
The children helped Alexis make a mayonaise, which was distributed into cups which they later took home. They then watched in awe as Alexis cooked the meat and chips and waited on them as if they were in a real
restaurant.
The burgers were delicious! Thank you, Alexis!
